To become a Unity Agent, prospective candidates are subject to rigourous investigation to ensure they are of the correct calibre to be appointed to our network.

Candidates brokers are interviewed, searched, background checked and references are taken. We then consult our supporting funders to ensure they are satisfied with our recommended network candidates. Succesful brokers then sign a detailed contract that commits them to business practices and procedures that form the core of the 10 year success we have had.

The performance of our agents is then monitored on an ongoing to basis to ensure that standards continue to improve. We aim to work with our agents in all areas of sales development, product awareness, administration practice and IT development.
